South Africa
sud_afr.gif South Africa stretches from the temperate Cape to the subtropical northern regions bordering with Zimbabwe and Mozambique. In the boundaries of South Africa are some of the world's most breathtaking landscapes; canyons, wildernesses showcasing game and cliffs dropping to the ocean.

South Africa's climate is mild throughout the year. Temperatures vary from cold mild winters between 0-16C (32-59F) to warm, hot summers between 20-40C (68-104F). Summer is from October to March and winter from April to September which is a welcome winter get-away for visitors from the Northern Hemisphere.
